Provision Calling Profiles
If you configured 'Advanced Settings' when enabling the Operator Connect license, you added a SIP Connection with an SBC IP Group and mapped a Calling Profile template to an SBC Proxy Set. This option allows you to add SIP connections and map them to different Calling Profile Templates and Proxy Sets. Calls made by tenant users are applied with the mapped Calling Profile template and routed through the configured Proxy Set. Additionally, you can customize the IP Group configuration of the SIP connection. For example, when calls are routed through Carrier ABC, IP Group A is configured with enhanced security settings.
You can only map a Calling Profile Template to a single SIP Connection. The 'Provision Calling Profile' button is only displayed when configured upon applying the license (see Creating OC Essential Customer).
